Refund & Rescheduling Policy ​

All session payments are non refundable. Once you have booked and paid for a session, you may not receive a cash or card refund. Rescheduling You are allowed to reschedule a session up to 2 hours before the start time of that session without penalty. If you attempt to reschedule within the 2 hour window or after your session has begun, you are no longer eligible to reschedule or receive a credit. How to Reschedule To reschedule, please contact us (via email, website, or the booking platform) at least 2 hours before your scheduled session start time. Provide your booking reference and the new preferred time or You can log into "my bookings'' to reschedule. Subject to availability. No Show / Late Start If you fail to show up, or the session starts and you decide not to use the remaining time, you forfeit the session, and no rescheduling or refund will be permitted.
