Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Plug and Play 24-Hour Creative Space ("Plug & Play", "we", "our", or "us"). By booking, accessing, or using our self-service studio space, you (“you”, “the user”, “the client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Studio Use & Access

Eligibility: Users must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a responsible adult, to book and use the space.

Self-Service Model: Plug & Play is a self-service studio. No staff will be present on-site. You are responsible for your own setup, operation, and teardown within your reserved time.

Access Instructions: Entry is granted via a secure digital access system. Access instructions will be sent prior to your booking. Sharing access credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

Hours of Operation: The studio operates 24/7. Bookings must begin and end within your reserved time block.

Equipment and Amenities

2.1. The studio includes, but is not limited to:

Universal Audio interface
Microphone & mic stand
Headphones
Speaker/monitor system
Tripod
LED lighting
Table, chairs, and couch

2.2. User Responsibility: You are responsible for the proper and respectful use of all equipment. Any damage, theft, or misuse may result in fees, suspension of access, and/or legal action.

2.3. Personal Equipment: Users must bring their own laptop and any required software or digital tools for their session.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

3.1. Booking Process: All bookings must be made online through our official platform. Time slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.2. Cancellations:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start time may be eligible for a full refund or credit.
Clients may reschedule their appointment up to two times only. When rescheduling for the second time, please ensure that you are certain you will be able to attend your appointment.
Any attempt to reschedule more than twice will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking. Please note that no refunds will be issued, as repeated rescheduling creates an inconvenience for staff and prevents other clients from booking available appointments.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

3.3. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up during your reserved time, the session will be forfeited with no refund.

4. Studio Conduct

4.1. Respectful Use: Please treat the space and equipment with care. Leave the studio clean and in the condition it was found.

4.2. Prohibited Activities:

Smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind
Excessive noise or disruptive behavior
Unauthorized parties or gatherings
Use of the space for illegal or harmful activities

4.3. Clean-Up: All personal items must be removed at the end of your session. Please return equipment to its original position.

5. Liability & Indemnity

5.1. Damage: You are financially liable for any damage to the studio or its contents caused during your session.

5.2. Personal Belongings: Plug & Play is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the studio.

5.3. Injury: You use the studio at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries sustained during use of the space or equipment.

5.4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plug & Play, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the space.

6. Security & Monitoring

6.1. For safety and security, the studio is under 24/7 surveillance (excluding private areas such as restrooms).

6.2. By using the space, you consent to video monitoring and agree not to tamper with or disable any security devices.

7. Termination of Access

7.1. We reserve the right to revoke access, cancel bookings, or ban users from the space for any violation of these Terms and Conditions, without refund.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the space constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
